Realization of digital remote measurement and control of rural water supply in Guangping, Hebei Province

In order to promote the scientization and modernization of rural centralized water supply, the Water Conservancy Bureau of Guangping County, Hebei Province recently invested 800000 yuan to build a remote measurement and control system for rural water supply in the whole county.

The system consists of a monitoring center and monitoring points. A central control center is set up in the village water conservancy bureau, and five rural centralized water supply stations are set up in yangsonggu, damazhuang, Nanyang fort, beixiaoliu and South Korea village respectively. The main system is installed in the control center, and wireless automatic measurement and control devices are installed in each water supply station. The central control room can view the switch status, current, voltage, instantaneous flow, cumulative flow, well water level and pressure of pipe network control points of water pumps in each water supply station at any time through the remote measurement and control terminal RTU, and can remotely start and shut down the water pumps and display corresponding alarm data. Various data information can be transmitted to the monitoring center in real time through GPRS DTU. At the same time, inform the management personnel to deal with various abnormal situations in time through GPRS short message to reduce losses.

The completion of the remote measurement and control system greatly optimizes the work scheduling, realizes energy conservation and consumption reduction, and greatly improves the water supply efficiency. At the same time, it can also guide the transformation and maintenance of the pipe network, find problems in time and make water supply prediction.
