There has been no good solution for the information exchange between the construction site and the company for a long time. Oilfield management attaches great importance to oilfield informatization construction and clearly puts forward the specific objectives of oilfield informatization construction in the future.
With the help of "oil well data monitoring system", managers can observe the production status of oil wells at any time without leaving home. The relevant data of oil well work is transmitted every two hours. Once the motor well fails, the schematic diagram will be marked with an exclamation mark, and the maintenance personnel can arrive at the site in the shortest time to eliminate the failure in time. In the past, oil production testers had to go to each site for testing, which took time and effort, and it was difficult to grasp the working state of each well. In the past, the oil field used microwave and data transmission radio to collect data, but in the actual use process, the effect is not ideal. The oil production units are overwhelmed by high-cost investment and frequent maintenance. After the introduction of GPRS drilling data reporting system, through the sensors fixed on the rack, managers can timely understand the working pressure, oil production voltage, steam temperature and other data of each well, so as to ensure the safe operation of the oil well.
The oil field can also rely on GPRS / GSM network to realize the automation and accuracy of meter reading. The power consumption control center can monitor the operation status of the power consumption of the oil plant through the electronic display screen, and each control point can timely transmit the power consumption status to the control center in the form of short message, so as to automatically, efficiently and timely grasp the power consumption of the oil field, automatically generate the power distribution plan, and implement scientific power marketing and management. 3、 Solution introduction
(1) System structure
GPRS RTU oilfield oil well remote monitoring system scheme
1. Oil field information collection point: jy-rtu6640 GPRS transparent wireless data transmission terminal of Juying electronics company is adopted to connect with the oil field equipment collection point through RS232 / RS485 / TTL and access the special GPRS network provided by mobile company for the oil field central station. The network has no restrictions on the access location, time and quantity of oil field information collection points, which can be increased or decreased at any time. It can meet the needs of mountainous areas, remote areas and cross regional access.
2. Oilfield central station: in this system, the network proxy server can be connected by Internet public networks such as ADSL and LAN, and the public network fixed IP is adopted. After the GPRS data transmission terminal is powered on, it will actively access the network proxy server according to the preset IP address, and establish TCP / IP link through the proxy server and the monitoring center. The master station of the monitoring center maintains the IP address and ID number of each terminal accessed. When the master station wants to make a data request to a monitoring terminal, it will find the corresponding terminal according to the IP address and ID number and send the command to the terminal. After the terminal responds, it will send the data to the network proxy server port through the GRPS data transmission terminal and forward it to the master station of the monitoring center through the port mapping, That is, a response communication process is completed. When the number of oilfield information collection points increases, the center can meet the demand without capacity expansion.
(2) Product characteristics
The oil field information acquisition and transmission system adopts jy-rtu6640 GPRS DTU. Based on the GPRS RTU network of China Mobile, the product provides RS232, RS485 and TTL interfaces, and uses GPRS data service to realize wireless networking. The product supports various industrial applications, such as real-time authentication of credit card, remote control and maintenance of POS machine, remote service point access, etc. It can be embedded in the oil field information acquisition system through jgpy-6640 or the external information acquisition system of the oil field.
Data transmission adopts GSM module, which can realize the following functions:

(3) System function
1. Data detection function: automatically monitor and record the voltage, current, electric degree, temperature, pressure, flow, liquid level, interface, water content, indicator diagram, infrared alarm and other data on the oil production equipment. The format of collected data is analog, digital and serial communication ports. It can also complete the integration of flow and electricity.
2. Data sharing function: the measured data and the working state of oil production equipment can be transmitted to LAN to realize multi-party remote data sharing.
3. Display function: general process display, grouping process display, all data list, grouping data list, historical data list of single instrument, daily, monthly, annual display and fault list display.
4. Auxiliary analysis function: timely find abnormal conditions such as power failure, phase loss, oil pipe blockage, oil theft, low liquid level, counterweight imbalance and so on.
5. Alarm function: if the detected value exceeds the set range, i.e. audible and visual alarm, and the name of the instrument in question and the range beyond which the parameter exceeds can be displayed on the screen. If there are multiple data alarms, the list of exceeding values will be displayed in sequence.
6. Permission setting function: permission setting is divided into three types: general operator, administrator and super system management. Restrictions are imposed by entering a user name and password
(4) Safety measures
The system needs high system security and stability. Security protection is mainly to prevent intentional and unintentional ring breaking from inside and outside the system. Network security protection measures include channel encryption, source encryption, login protection, access protection, access protection, firewall, etc. Stability means that the system can × 24-hour uninterrupted operation. Even if there is hardware and software failure, the system cannot be interrupted.
The data center can use VPN to access the mobile GPRS network through the public network. The cost of using VPN is relatively low. Enterprises do not need to rent special lines, but can also use the old VPN equipment. The mobile terminal needs to install software with the function of VPN secondary virtual dialing. Through VPN, before connecting to the application server, the client needs to be authenticated by the radius server. The whole data transmission process is encrypted and protected, with high security, which can fully ensure the speed and network service quality. In addition, the data center can also adopt APN access mode and rent a dedicated line to access the GGSN equipment of the mobile company, which has high cost, high security, stability and reliability. For the system with very high security requirements, the hybrid access mode of VPN access can be considered on the basis of private APN access to further improve the security of the system.
1. VPN virtual private network mode: configure VPN server in the enterprise internal network, and load the client software with VPN secondary virtual dialing function on the mobile terminal. Using VPN Security Technology, users are isolated from the Internet by accessing the internal virtual private network of the enterprise, which can encrypt and protect the whole data transmission process and effectively avoid illegal intrusion.
2. Use the uniqueness of SIM card to authenticate and authorize the user's SIM card mobile phone number, bind the SIM card number and APN on the network side, and delimit the scope that users can access a system. Only the SIM card mobile phone number belonging to the specified industry can access the special APN. The mobile terminal and data center use the special APN allocated by China Mobile for wireless network access, The SIM card number of an ordinary mobile phone cannot call a special APN.
3. For specific users, specific user ID and password can be assigned through the data center. Other users without user ID and password assigned by the data center will not be able to log in and enter the system, and the security of the system will be further enhanced.
4. Data encryption: encrypt and protect the whole data transmission process through VPN.
5. Network access security authentication mechanism: adopt firewall software and set network authentication and security protection functions to ensure system security.
4、 Conclusion
In the monitoring system, the configuration software and GPRS wireless data transmission terminal are used, and the system wireless telemetry and remote control host (RTU) transmits the detected on-site state of a single production well to the monitoring center through wireless mode, so as to realize the centralized monitoring of the state of each single well, reduce personnel investment, effectively shorten the time of oil well fault detection and troubleshooting, and greatly improve the production efficiency, At the same time, the cost performance of the system is very high.
