3.2.3.2 preset bit setting

3.2.3 watershed monitoring
The software platform has the rotation inspection video function, which realizes the rotation inspection management of the camera, so as to realize the unified monitoring of the key water conservancy facilities in the whole basin, which is in line with the characteristics of watershed management in the water conservancy industry and is convenient for users to carry out daily inspection. 3.2.4 vector electronic map
The system supports vector electronic map based on ArcGIS or MapInfo platform, which can realize the general operation of vector electronic map. At the same time, it can directly select the linkage video of monitoring points on the map to realize the Visual GIS (Geographic Information System) system.
The system supports GPS track tracking of moving objects. During flood fighting and disaster relief, this function can monitor and plan the action routes of vehicles and personnel.

3.2.5 self defined water conservancy events
Through this software, the common events such as opening and closing the gate in the water conservancy industry can be defined, and the defined events can be linked with the video.
